Celebrant in Hertfordshire

I am a Hertfordshire based fully qualified and insured Civil Celebrant, working from Hatfield and covering the Home Counties and North London. It would be my pleasure to conduct your service, but prior to that we’ll take all the time you need to talk through all the choices and your preferences.

I need to understand a little more about you and what you are looking for at your service, is it to be relaxed or formal. The service I deliver has to be just what you want and include everything that is important to you and you need to be confident that I have fully understood your wishes and are able to deliver them. I would need to know things like location, format of the occasion, whether there are to be none, one, or more readings, tributes, eulogies all that before we talk about the order of proceedings and music or lack of it.

A celebrant-led ceremony not only lets you commemorate hugely important events in your life, events like a baby naming, a wedding, a renewal of vows, a cremation, burial or a memorial service but offers you the freedom to make them uniquely personal too.

You may be celebrating a wedding, a civil partnership, a vow renewal, saying hello with a baby-naming or adoption blessing, or saying goodbye at a burial or a cremation or celebrating the life of a loved one at a memorial service, I understand your service is special to you and to all those that chose to attend and we can work together to ensure that it is just that.

Whatever the event, you ask me to facilitate for you we’ll be making memories, memories that can never be repeated, they have to be right. I have many years of public speaking and event organisation under my belt, so once we’ve established exactly what you’d like, you can relax, knowing you’re in safe hands.

I will write the draft service we can check that all the details are as they should be and that nothing has been lost in translation and on the day deliver exactly what you have asked for, it is after all your choice, your voice your ceremony.
